Je réalise que je leur dois un règlement encore... A y remédier au plus vite ! Un accueil téléphonique très efficace et une réactivité irréprochable. Une intervention nickel, en sachant qu'il faut savoir que l'artisan intervenant aurait pu me la faire à l'envers. Je rajouterai donc "honnête". Et dieu sait que cette valeur fait malheureusement défaut dans l'artisanat... Merci à vous

Promet un devis mais ne l'envoie jamais, laisse une famille sans eau chaude en hiver, sans jamais rappeler pour prévenir. Une honte sans nom.
